Role of HCG injections in getting pregnant

For all those couple who have been trying to get a baby for years without much of a result, HCG injections can be a ray of hope. These injections, which aim at treating certain causes of infertility could not only help the poor couple get rid of the cause of the infertility but it can also help in maintaining the pregnancy as well. Here is a detailed account on how the use of HCG shots can help both men and women in terms of treating infertility.

Pregnancy benefits related to men

There are many reasons that cause a couple not being able to give birth to a child. As per studies, both men and women contribute almost equally to these causes. In men the following factors leads to the increased chances of making his partner pregnant.

  • If a man has lost his virility, it would be very difficult for him to perform well on bed and offer a good sexual experience to his partner. The loss of virility is caused by lack of testosterone hormone which can be an outcome of many factors. The use of HCG injections helps in getting the testosterone levels back in place which offers the man more energy and endurance to perform on bed, thereby increasing chances of making his partner pregnant.
  • A very common reason behind male infertility is reduced count of sperms. If there are not enough sperms in the semen, chances of fertilization of the egg become less. With prescribed dosage of HCG injections, the sperm count can be increased which would obviously help the fertilization process better and would increase the chances of inducing pregnancy.
  • Use of HCG injections also helps in making the sperm healthier. Good quality sperm has more probability to fertilize the egg.
  • The HCG shots are also beneficial in pulling the tested down in the scrotum which otherwise lied undescended owing to a birth defect called Cryptochidism.

Pregnancy benefits for women

There is a reason why HCG or Human chorionic gonadotropin is also known as the ‘pregnancy hormone’. First it plays a major role in the ovulation process, followed by the process of releasing the egg for fertilization and finally during the pregnancy period to maintain the pregnancy. Here is a detailed list of the roles played by HCG injection in the whole episode of a woman getting pregnant.

  • During the ovulation process when the egg is matured but not getting released due to certain complications, the HCG injections help in releasing the egg. The ovulation is expected to happen within 36 hours of the injection being pushed into the muscles or under the skin.
  • In case the placenta of the woman is not able to generate enough HCG hormones naturally, it would impact the nourishment factor of the egg once it has been fertilized. This is where HCG injections prove to be beneficial as they help in supplying the required levels of HCG hormone to the body which enables the nourishing of the egg and attachment of the same to the uterine wall, thereby helping in maintaining pregnancy.

While it may sound very tempting, but administering HCG injections without proper medical guidance could lead to a number of adverse effects and should not be practiced by anybody ever. Seeking support from the doctor is the right thing to do when it comes to use HCG injections in matters related to pregnancy.

hCG Chipotle Chicken Tacos With Salsa

When you’re finally done with phase 2 of the hCG diet, you will now then start phase 3 in which you will gradually increase the number of calories you take in.

Now, most people fail this phase of the hCG diet because they think that they can just splurge all they want. But, the thing about phase 3 of the hCG diet is that you “slowly” increase the calorie count; not raise them immediately.

With that being said, are you fond of eating chicken as your protein source, especially while you’re on the hCG diet?

If so, I have a very delectable recipe for you. This dish is the hCG Chipotle Chicken Tacos with Salsa.

This is a very quick dish in the sense that it only takes a fraction of your time to make. This dish is perfect for dinner as it contains a lot of nutrients that you will need before you hit the sack.

So, without further delay, here are all the ingredients that you will need in order to cook the hCG Chipotle Chicken Tacos with Salsa:

  • 500 grams’ skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • 2 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon chipotle paste
  • 200ml passata
  • 2 Tablespoon soft brown sugar
  • 1/2 small pineapple, cored, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 small pack coriander, chopped
  • corn or flour tortillas
  • hot sauce (I like Tabasco Chipotle), to serve

Directions:

  1. Get a food processor and put in the chicken thighs. Blitz it until the chicken is turned into chunky bits.
  2. Get a large non-stick frying pan and add the oil to it. Next, add 1/2 of the onion in and also the minced chicken.
  3. Add a little bit of salt and pepper to taste and allow it to cook for 5 minutes over high heat. During the cooking process, break the chicken meat with a spoon.
  4. Next, add the passata, spices, chipotle paste, vinegar, and sugar. Cook for a good 5 minutes and then remove it from the heat.
  5. Get the other half of the onion and mix it with the pineapple and the coriander as well. This will serve as the salsa.
  6. Put everything together on a tortilla. Serve and Enjoy!

The hCG Chipotle Chicken Tacos with Salsa is perfect for phase 3 of the hCG diet. Although it is a little bit heavy on the calories (267 calories per serving), it does contain a slew of other nutrients that your body needs.

It contains 7 grams of fat, 25 grams of carbs, 5 grams of fiber, and 30 grams of protein per serving.

Plus, it only takes roughly 20 minutes to prepare and cook the entire dish up. Best of all, the flavor is there.

Anyway, if you do not know what a passata is, it is just a fancy name for tomato sauce. You can buy a canned variant but fresh tomatoes would be better.

The hCG Chipotle Chicken Tacos with Salsa is a quick and easy to prepare dish that is perfect for people who are on phase 3 of the hCG diet.

The New hCG Diet

There is no doubt that the hCG diet is one of the most popular diet plans in the world today. Millions of people have tried this diet with amazing results and some have reported that they have donned a new lifestyle because of it.

The original hCG diet is a little bit unforgiving and a lot of people do drop out of the program entirely because of that very same thing. You see, the original hCG diet requires you to eat a total of just 500 calories per day as well as injecting yourself with the hCG hormone.

Obviously, 500 calories are not going to be enough, especially for people who have been accustomed to eating a lot of food. hCG dietitians thought of increasing the calorie count in order for people to actually stick the diet plan for the long term.

In today’s article, we are going to talk about the all new hCG diet plan. As previously mentioned, the original hCG diet created by Dr. A.T.W Simeons can be unforgiving. In fact, 2 out of 5 people who try the hCG diet dropped out of the diet program because of the restrictive nature of the original 500 calorie diet.

HCG dietitians have noted that and they’ve devised a new rule so that people will actually stick to the diet plan until they achieve their optimum weight.

The new hCG diet plan is much more forgiving. Instead of eating just 500 calories per day, you can now stretch it to 1,000 calories per day. It is important that you consult with your hCG dietitian so that they can help you devise a meal plan that is tailor made for you.

Just remember that in the new hCG diet plan, you still have to undergo the same process (eating a few calories per day and injecting yourself with the hCG hormone). But, as I’ve said before, 1,000 calories are already an attainable calorie-restriction since most people who go on a diet are accustomed to that.

Furthermore, it really won’t be hard for you because the hCG hormone will help you quash those hunger pangs. Originally, the hCG hormone requires the 500 calorie diet in order for it to work.

But, hCG dietitians have also found out that with minor modifications in the calorie count, people actually have the same weight loss results to that of the original hCG diet plan.

You can still opt for either the hCG shots or the hCG diet drops as they both work the same.

Also, remember that you need to have all of the macronutrient requirements met every day. That means that you need to eat at least one protein, one portion of carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables.

I truly believe that a diet plan should be catered to every individual’s needs and not the other way around. With the new hCG diet, I am positive that there will be more people enjoying their new healthy bodies because of it. Try the new hCG diet plan today.
